The Reports tab is much like the Reports tab of Top 10 Analyzer, except for some minor differences. There can be three types of reports generated by this module:

Distribution. On this tab you can set the options for generating report on the distribution of a separate keyword on a page. Reports are generated either for words, extracted from your site by Site Analyzer module, or for words, exported from the Log Statistics module.

Distribution report for words, found by Site Analyzer module. In the URLs window the addresses of all downloaded pages are displayed. If you click on a URL with the mouse, the program will display the list of words, found on this page in the Words window. Select the URL you would like to get the report on and select one keyword for each page. The URLs and keywords that will be included into the report will be displayed in the window below. To view report click Generate >.

Distribution report for words, exported from Log Statistics. Select the HTML elements of the page you would like to be analyzed in the report. Select URLs and keywords like in the previous type of the report and click Generate >.

The report generated will contain keyword distribution histograms for every page along with the detailed information on number of occurrences of keywords in different elements of the page. If you select several pages for the analysis, the information on the will be displayed in several consecutive sections. The information on every page is displayed in the table, where every line displays the number of the keyword occurrences in main HTML elements of the page: Title, Meta Keywords, Meta Description, Body (total number, including IMG SRC parameters, A HREF parameters, etc.), H1, H2-H6, B+Strong, and IMG ALT parameters. The line Other displays the number of the keyword occurrences in all elements, not specified above.

Site Analyzer. Linkage Report can be generated only if referers information has been imported from the Log Statistics module. This report displays information on the sites/pages that contain links to your pages.

Select page elements you would like to include into the analysis. Click on a URL with the mouse to view the list of words, by which users found your page on search engines (exported from the Log Statistics module). Select the URL you would like to get the report on and select one keyword from the Keywords window by which the page will be analyzed. Click Generate > to view the report.

In the Selected URLs table you can view the list of pages you have selected to be included into the report.

The report displays detailed information on every word selected. On every word you have selected to be analyzed you get the following information:

• Occurrence - the number of times the keyword was found in one of the tags on every page analyzed, the average number of the occurrences of the given word on all pages, and the deviation of the received average occurrence from the standard, recommended by our experts.
• Density - the per cent volume of the word analyzed in the total number of the words on pages, the average density of the word occurrences in the text of all pages, and the deviation from the standard, recommended by our experts.
• Prominence - the prominence of the given word on every page analyzed. If the word is in the first position in the tag, its prominence is assumed to be 100%, in the last position - 0%.
• Main Page - the text of the corresponding tag on the site main page. In the text the keyword analyzed is highlighted.

Every tag on the selected pages will be analyzed this way.

Link Popularity. This report allows viewing information on the referring sites and pages, where users clicked links to get to your site.

• Type - displays whether the link to your site is located on an internal page (inbound) or external (incoming).
• Link - the address of the page, containing a link to your site.
• Anchor text - the text of the link, leading to your site. The text is retrieved automatically once you open the page containing the link in the Referers Tab.

History. This tab contains all reports on the project you have previously generated. The reports are grouped by date. You can view reports for certain date by expanding the appropriate tree node and selecting the required report by the mouse pointer.
