The Log Analyzer module in this program uses a list of known non-spider User-Agents: browsers, download/upload managers and other client programs. You may access this list by selecting Options>Known User-Agents in the main menu.

To remove an existing User-Agent from the list, select it and press Delete. If you want to add a new User-Agent to the list, you will need to enter the full string of such User-Agent into the text field and then press the Add button. When you press OK, your changes will be applied.
