Some search engines impose daily limits on the number of links they accept for registration. Scheduler module allows you to set submission for the most suitable time, taking into consideration the time of the day, frequency of submissions and some other factors which otherwise would require much time and effort on your side.
To set Scheduler click on the Scheduled Submissions tab and click Add. In the pop-up window select the project you would like to schedule, set date, time, and frequency of submissions. You can also provide additional information about your projects by entering it into Notes window. If you want to modify your project settings, click Modify. If you are modifying a project, which has been already submitted, select the This project has already been submitted check box, because otherwise the program will submit the project again immediately after saving your changes.
There are actually two Schedulers in the program: internal and external.
Internal Scheduler works in the background while the program is running. Every five minutes it checks if there are tasks scheduled for submission and if there are any, performs them. Every time you start the program it asks whether you want to activate internal scheduler. You can set the program not to show you this message again by selecting Remember the answer and do not show me this dialog again check box.
External Scheduler runs starts on operating system startup and runs in the background, placing an icon in the notification area on the taskbar. You can view its event log by clicking on the icon. When you are closing the program the program prompts you to activate the external scheduler. You can disable this reminder by Selecting Profile>System Options>General Settings and unchecking Remove the reminder check box.
