If you would like to receive e-mail messages whenever a domain registration changes or is about to expire, set the E-mail Reminder options. This will enable Scheduler to send you e-mail reports on the selected domain names shortly before their lease expires. You can set the program to send notifications to you, your friends, clients, business partners, etc. If this option is enabled, the software will send notifications about domains which are within 1 day, 3 days, 1 week and 30 days of expiration.
If you want the program to send you reminders informing you that domain names you have added are available, or their lease term is expiring, you need to configure the Reminder settings. Select E-Mail Reminder in the Project menu, or click on the Toolbar.
- Reminder recipient address list — in this text field you enter E-mail addresses of the people you want to be aware of a domain name's availability or lease expiration date. Enter one E-mail address in a line.
- Remind — select these check boxes to define the period of time before which you would like to be reminded of the domain name's lease expiration date. We recommend that the first two options are selected every time you run the Reminder, since domain name WHOIS registration info can be changed unexpectedly, and you might miss the time of registration

E-mails are delivered via SMTP server, which must be configured in Program Options.
Every project has its own E-mail Reminder settings, while SMTP settings are shared among all projects.
Create separate project files if you want to apply different e-mail reminder settings for different people (your clients, your staff, yourself).
